Please make sure to indicate by e-mail your arrival time to the town of Bocas del Toro as soon as possible. If you prefer to be picked-up at the airport of Bocas town, a representative of Al Natural will be at the airport to meet you and take you to the Al Natural Landing in Bocas for our boat departure to the resort located in the island of Bastimentos. Our boat always leaves Bocas from the Al Natural Landing in Bocas and this is usually anytime between 12:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Our representative in Bocas will inform you of the exact leaving time of the boat and the luggage can be left at our office in Bocas.
Shall anything happen or If you prefer to come on your own from the airport to our boat port, please note that the Al Natural Landing is easy to find in Bocas. It is a two story wooden house located on the water side of the main street, five houses down from the ferry dock, after the Hotel Bahia, right next to the Ministry of Commerce. There are signs and a panoramic pictures of the hotel on the house. The taxi ride from the airport costs just two dollars per person and there are usually numerous taxis to choose from.

Domestic airline tickets can only be bought at Air Panama at www.airpanama.com. The most convenient and most popular option is to arrive to Bocas with the morning flight which arrives at 7:30 AM or, even better, the one which arrives at 10:00am, and leave Bocas with the 10:10am morning flight or with one of the afternoon flights, as described below.

AL NATURAL LANDING IN BOCAS TOWN
We are glad to be able to receive you at our office/dock in Bocas Town, the Al Natural Bocas Landing. If you are in Bocas and needs to contact us or need to find the boat to get to Al Natural, please come to the Al Natural Bocas Landing. It is located on main street, on the water side, five houses after the Hotel Bahia and the main ferry dock. It is the first two-story wooden building after the large curve. There are photos of the resort on the house. The office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There you can get info and see photos of the resort, pay for your stay in cash or with a credit card and get info on the departure time of our boat. BOAT TRANSFERS
In order to limit our carbon footprint, please note that we are trying to do only one trip per day between Bocas and the hotel. We have only one boat leaving Bocas between 12:00 AM and 1:00 PM every day. Most people do opt for the Air Panama morning flight which takes you to Bocas at 7:30 am or the one which brings you at Bocas at 10:00am. Shall you choose an afternoon plane arrival, or if you miss our morning boat, just indicate us your arrival time to us and we will set an extra boat transfer for you; we charge for an afternoon boat transfer an extra cost of $100.00 for the trip. Our afternoon boat leaves Bocas between 4:00 and 4:30 PM. If you travel with the plane that arrives from Panama City at 6:00pm to Bocas, which we do not recommend as it is too late and you risk to arrive to the hotel after night fall, the extra charge to be confirmed.
On your departing day from Al Natural, we try to have only one boat leaving the hotel Al Natural any time between 8:00 and 9:30 am, depending on the guests schedule requirement. Shall you want to leave in the morning, please book the intermediary Air Panama Flight out of Bocas which leave at 10:00am. If there si no other option than booking the 7:30 AM Air Panama morning flight, we will take you in time to Bocas to catch that flight, please note that you need to leave the hotel by 5:30 am and that this transfer carry an extra cost of $100.00.
Should you choose to leave the hotel in the afternoon, please note that 1- the afternoon transfer leaves the hotel between 1:00PM and 2:30PM, depending on the guests schedule requirement; 2- that an afternoon transfer has an extra cost of $100.00; 3- that if you have arrived in the morning and leave in the afternoon, there is an extra cost of $20.00 p.p. for the lunch on your departing day which is not included in your daily package; and 4- the check-out time of the bungalow is no later than 11:00 am if the bungalow is rented the day you leave and that the guests are arriving in the morning. For your convenience, there is a place where you can leave belongings, change clothe and take a shower at the resort.
If this schedule above does not fit your own, please note that sometime we are able to offer you an afternoon arrival and/or early morning departure without the $100.00 extra cost (for instance if we do not have to do our regular morning boat transfer that day).
Please note that it is always possible to have a private taxi boat from Bocas town to drop you at the resort or to pick you up at the hotel to take you to Bocas at any other times, The cost to be confirmed.
The trip is very pleasant and lasts about 45 minutes in the waters of the Bastimentos Marine National Park through the mangrove islands.
