APPARTMENTS IN BOCAS TOWN
At M&M’s Residencias we are offering to rent per day, or for longer terms, three apartments and one studio. They are conveniently located at the port of Al Natural Resort in Bocas town. To stay in those apartments is a very nice way to combine the discovery of Bocas in the island of Colon and the experience of Al Natural in the island of Bastimentos. This location is close to everything but in a calm area of the town. They are in a new wooden construction built over the water, facing the lagoon with astonishing views; they are brand new and completely furnished and fully equipped (linen, towels, kitchen ware, TV. and high speed internet). The building is protected against fire and theft by an electronic alarm system.

From May to October, we are also offering to rent an astonishing Three Bedroom Ocean Loft (up to 5 persons, 1 master bedroom with one king size bed, a double sinks open tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and an extra-large tub, closets and desk furniture with safe; 1 bedroom with one Queen size and one single bed; a tilted bathroom with shower, double sinks and a guest toilet; a large eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances equipped with a safe drinking water filtration system providing water to the sink and to the ice making machine of the fridge; two large open living spaces including a dining area, a sitting area with a flat screen TV and another sitting areas facing the water and connecting to an oversized terrace over the water with hammocks and astonishing sea views, all with design furniture).

BEACH HOUSE IN THE ISLAND OF BASTIMENTOS
Casa Natural
With the M&M Residencias, we are offering to rent the Casa Natural, our beach house set within the Al Natural Resort in the island of Bastimentos.
The cost is $2,000.00 per week during high season (December to April) and $1,500.00 per week in low season (May to November), all taxes included. By night, it’s $350.00 in high season and $260.00 during the low season. Minimum stay of 3 nights. The house is for 6 people, however, there is the possibility to lodge 1 or 2 additional children in a day bed.

The beach villa is all new and is equipped with 1 master bedroom with one king size bed, a complete bathroom with hot and cold water with double sinks, tilted shower, toilet, one 2nd bedroom with a Queen size bed; a third bedroom with two single beds (which can make another king size bed), a separate complete bathroom with hot and cold water with a tilted shower, double sinks and a toilet; a large eat-in kitchen with full size stove and an electrical small fridge double kitchen sinks with a safe drinking water filtration system, two large open living spaces including a dining area with a large wooden table , an inside sitting area and another sitting area facing the water in an oversized terrace with hammocks and astonishing sea views, all with design furniture. Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with ceiling fans and the house has a safe. The villa is brand new and completely furnished and fully equipped (linen, towels, kitchen ware). The electrical system is solar and the house runs with rain water.
The rate includes water, electricity, free use of sit on kayaks the pick-up at Bocas airport, the boat transfer between Bocas town and the villa in Bastimentos island and the return to Bocas town at the end of the stay. At your arrival, we will take you around town to facilitate the buying of the grocery and all you need to get before your departure to the islands. The boat transfer from the Al Natural Landing in Bocas town to the villa is a very scenic 45 minutes boat ride though the waters of the Bastimentos Marine park. Please note that you are welcome to go along for free to Bocas with any of Al Natural’s already scheduled trips to Bocas. A special boat trip to the town of Bocas del Toro is $50.00 (both ways).
The location of the Casa Natural is really exceptional, it is on a little beach very private looking towards the near reefs. This house is very conveniently located, on the beach in a very private setting, but within the boutique eco resort Al Natural Resort which give you access to all the services of the hotel, including its restaurant, tours and diving club. Please note that during the low season (June to November) the hotel is sometime close and none of those services are available.
The surrounding area of the villa is beautiful, very peaceful. The beach in front of the house is made of very fine sand, it is fine to stroll, play racket ball, or take the sun. Swimming in the lagoon in front of your house is safe. There is other beaches around the point, wilder and more exposed to the waves of the Caribbean sea, and more dangerous too, that you can walk to. You can explore the reefs just in front of your place, by yourself by swimming from the beach or by using the kayaks. When available, you can also do any tours offered by the resort which will take you to the best snorkel spots in the archipelago (see info at Tours and Activities) Please note that now Al Natural is also offering their own diving tours and certification (see Zapatillas Dive Club).
You can also join the table of Al Natural Resort for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Please reserve your presence a day in advance. The cost of a breakfast or lunch is $15.00 per person, a dinner is $35.00 per person, including a cocktail and a three course delicious meal. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00. Lunches and dinners are served family style and at fixed hour (1:00 PM for lunch and 8:00 PM for dinner). This is a great occasion to try our kitchen and meat great people.
Al Natural offers also special honeymoon or anniversary night dinner. It includes a special five courses gourmet diner served in the most romantic setting: the bohio built at the end of our dock. You eat there in complete intimacy with candle lights, facing the sunset; the dinner is accompanied by tropical aperitif, champagne, white and red wines. Except special requests, you will have the opportunity to try many dishes made of the best local fresh seafood and fishes. Previous clients have been very pleased with this service.The price for this special romantic evening is an additional $120.00 for the couple. Please indicate to me if you are interested.
For your convenience, please bring a flashlight with you. We provide beach mats, but no beach towels, sorry. Also sun’s cream, insect repellent and light rain ware are good items to take for a care free tropical vacation.
Thank you to make sure to indicate to us by e-mail your arrival time to Bocas as soon as you know it. Please note that the Al Natural Resort Bocas Landing and our office is located toward the far left end of main street when you get out of a water taxi, just after the big right curve and the hotel Bahia, along the water line. It is the first two storey wooden building, color natural. There are signs and photos of Al Natural Resort and the M&M’s Residencias on the house.
Our boat leaves Bocas between 11:00 and 12 AM. If you are arriving in the afternoon, we will set up a boat at a convenient time after your arrival.
Please note that the check-in time is 12:00 (noon) with a departure from Bocas between 11:00 and 12:00. The check-out boat leaves usually between 7:00 am and 10:00 am depending on your necessity. If the apartment is not rented the night of your departure, you can stay in the apartment up to 2:30 pm and leave with our afternoon boat.
Deposit required is 50%. The balance is to be paid in cash, or by credit card (+2% of usage fee) (except Amex) at your arrival to our office in Bocas town. Sorry no traveller’s check or money order are accepted. For your convenience, there are two cash machines in Bocas. Also you can pay the balance just before coming to Panama the same way you paid the deposit.
At your arrival, we need to receive a refundable $300.00 security deposit in cash in case of eventual damages to the rented place.
Please note our cancellation policy: Cancellation of a confirmed rental, or changes in its length, made at least one month prior arrival date, needs to be sent in writing to info@alnaturalbocas.com, all deposit paid will be reimbursed minus an administrative fee of $50.00. When changes or cancellation are made less that one month prior, reimbursement of deposit and/or change of the total price of the reservation is not guaranteed and depends on the possibility of rerenting the apartment for the period of time that was originally rented. Deposit is kept in all instances in case of no shows or if the rental is not honored until the final date of the contract. During the holiday season (December 23 to January 2), the above mentioned time period is not one month but two months.
