SPECIAL CANCELLATION COVID-19
In the very doubtful event that you should cancel your stay due to governmental measures taking in relation to the current health crisis here in Panama which would close its border, prohibit inter provincial travel or order the closing of the hotels, we will not apply our usual cancellation policy and we will reimburse 100% of the deposit received.
We are glad to inform you:
- There is a two-night minimum stay policy.
- We are closed from June 1 to July 31.
- During the low season (from May 1 to Nov 30) we are offering special low season discount packages:
with a reservation of 4 nights, there is a 50% discount on the cost of the last night and one welcoming cocktail per person is offered.
with a reservation of 8 nights, the last night is free of charge and a welcoming cocktail per person is offered.
- It is possible to pay with credit cards the deposit and the balance of your stay at Al Natural.
- In order to limit our carbon footprint, we are trying to do only one boat transfer per day between the town of Bocas and the hotel. Thank you for your understanding and collaboration.
- You can book on line your reservation with our reservation module BOOK NOW. Please note that this module is NOT to be used:
- To make a reservation at the Villa La Residencia Natural between May 15 and july 31 eventhough that this is possible in the reservation module because the hotel is close during that time and the hotel services are not available (if you want to rent the Villa on a self-catering basis, please check the listings of the Residencia Natural on Airbnb or Booking.com);
- for reservations between December 30 and January 2. Please note those nights have been blocked in the reservation module, we are inviting you to write to me at this e-mail to do a reservation info@alnaturalresort.com
- The reservation module can also be used for all reservations between December 23 and December 29 inclusive. Please note that we are hosting our Christmas dinner on the evening of December 24th. This is a four-course gourmet dinner accompanied by champagne and specially selected red and white wines. There is an additional charge of $75.00 per adult for this feast ($37.50 per child), all taxes included, which will be added to your reservation total.
- for reservations including nights between May 15 and May 31;
- if there is not a 1 day anticipation period before the arrival date; and
- We are offering a new lodging option at Al Natural Resort: our beachfront villa La Residencia Natural which is composed of three beachfront loft-style apartments which are offered together with all the services and meals of Al Natural Resort. This all-newly built place is located on the same secluded beach than Al Natural at 8 minutes walk.
- There is neither WIFI nor cell phone coverage at Al Natural (“the best side of Digital Detox”). However if you need to connect, we have a hot spot down the beach, at 8 minutes walk where you can connect at no extra cost. WIFI is available at the beach front villa La Residencia Natural.
- For now, we are NOT offering scuba diving or PADI courses at Al Natural at our PADI Zapatillas Dive Center. Diving is still possible, we arrange diving with a dive shop in Bocas del Toro. They come to the hotel or we bring clients to Bocas to go diving. All Diving activities MUST be booked in advance, 2 weeks in advance. Similar cost, which includes transport and diving (2 divers minimum).
