Now it is possible to pay with credit cards the deposit and the balance of your stay at Al Natural:

For the deposit, it is through the services of Pay-Pal. We have opened a Pay-Pal account under my name: Michel Natalis (please note that the e-mail connected to our valid pay pal account is not the one we use to write e-mails, but it is info@alnaturalresort.com ). Deposit can be paid with a credit card into our account at Pay Pal, and this without having to have an account with them; just indicate to us that you want to pay through that service and we will forward to your e-mail address a request of payment; just follow the instructions on screen. Please add 2% to the payment amount in order to share the higher fee Pay-Pal charges for all payments made into a Pay Pal account with a credit card.
For the balance, it can be paid with any of the major credit cards (except Amex) at your arrival to Bocas into our office at the Al Natural Landing in Bocas without any extra cost.

In order to limit our carbon footprint, we are trying to do only one boat transfer per day between the town of Bocas and the hotel. Thank you for your understanding and collaboration.

Domestic airline tickets can be bought at www.aeroperlas.com and www.flyairpanama.com. The best airline is Aeroperlas and the flights operated by Aeroperlas have the most convenient time schedule. Their planes arrive to Bocas at 8:30 AM and they leave from Bocas at 8:45 AM. Also Aeroperlas is the only airline to have obtained the IOSA certification (IATA Operational Security Audit) in order to provide more secure flights. Please note that it costs the same if you buy one way ticket from one company and another one way ticket from the other company.
 
We only have one boat leaving our office in Bocas to go to the hotel between 11:00 and 12:00 AM every day. Most people do opt for the Areroperlas morning flight that takes you to Bocas at 8:30 am (or at a later time, but before noon). We organize the pick-up at the airport and will take you to the Al Natural Landing in Bocas town where you can leave your luggage and will indicate to you a place where you can have breakfast, if you want to. Shall you choose an afternoon plane arrival, or if you miss our morning boat, just indicate us your arrival time to us and we will set an extra boat transfer for you; an afternoon boat transfer has a low extra cost of $40.00 for the trip.
 
On your departing day from Al Natural, we have only one boat leaving the hotel Al Natural any time between 7:00 am and 10:00 am, depending on the guests schedule requirement, which will take you in time to Bocas to catch any plane that leaves no earlier than the 8:45 AM Aeroperlas morning flight. Please do NOT book the 7:30 Air Panama flight which requires a 5:30 AM departure from the hotel (!) and carry an extra cost of $40.00.

Should you choose to do an afternoon check-out, please note that 1- if it is an extra transfer, the afternoon transfer has an extra cost of $40.00; 2- if you have arrived in the morning and leave in the afternoon, there is an extra cost of $15.00 p.p. for the lunch on your departing day which is not included in your daily package; and 3- the Check-in time is 12:00 am and the check-out time of the bungalow is no later than 11:00 am if the bungalow is rented the day you leave and if the guests are arriving in the morning.  For your convenience, there is a place where you can leave belongings, change clothe and take a shower at the resort.
 
If this above schedule does not fit your own, please contact me before you make your final arrival and departure arrangements as sometime we are able to offer you an afternoon arrival, departure and/or early morning departure without the $40.00 extra cost (for instance if we do not have to do our regular morning boat transfer that day).
